With 20 years of professional experience in staffing and recruitment, I’ve worked for large companies in tactical production and strategic leadership roles. I’ve gained additional experience in staffing and executive/retained search with start-ups and mid-sized organizations.
My work allowed me access to successfully collaborate and place talent with Leo Burnett, Chase, Duracell, Tribune Media, and many more. These experiences propelled my desire to branch out and form my dream company: Esse Ki.
My inspiration
Growing up in Washington, DC, and Chapel Hill, NC, my father George was my mentor. In his C-suite role, he advocated for and promoted women when those were not popular practices. He inspired me to champion women, minorities & others who have faced the reality and challenges of bias in an inequitable world.
Now living in and loving Chicago, my husband and I have built a happy family. Our son recently graduated from Syracuse University and works in Seoul. Our dog, Izzie, is a beloved snuggle monster. Being a part of our community sustains my journey of growth to promote a diverse, equitable & inclusive world.
